The Kanpur-Lucknow Expressway has undergone five repairs in just 20 days since its inauguration, prompting NHAI to declare builder PNC Infratech a non-performer.
Yet, amid the controversy, the company has secured fresh highway contracts worth nearly ₹3,500 crore.
