Look at macOS. Apple spent so much time designing marketing Liquid Glass. Two years in, very little of it has made it to the Mac.
Menus, alerts, dialogs. They open instantly. Some of the glass. Almost none of the liquid.
Where work happens, the interface should feel instant.
