今の時代、頭でっかちに戦略を考えてから戦力設計をするのではなく、いつまでに、何が、どれだけ使えるかを逆算しながら、フィージブルな戦略を作っていく側面があるし、与えられた戦力が違えば、戦い方も自ずと変わってくる。
⬇️で示した島嶼防衛ヘッジフォースは、日本版ヘルスケープであり、それを防衛省的にはざっくりSHILED構想と呼んでいると解釈してよいと思う。
