For now the new SEC guidelines apply to 1:1 @coinbase issued onchain equities (with dividends and voting rights) but NOT to third party issued debt-based tokens like those from xStocks, Ondo and, yes, RH.
That means there is literally only one coin you can bid right now to capture the upside of this meta, and it’s paired with NVDAc.
