We went for social night and i was sitting beside a lady and her NYSC CAMP boyfriend. This guy placed his hands around this girl and kept touching my arm and I kept shifting but this goat was touching and caressing my arm until I had to call him out on it and he said “I am sorry” I just looked at the disappointment on the girl’s face. She left after a few minutes tho. Such an irritating attitude
