Agree with this. Visiting Yasukuni (which enshrines Class-A war criminals) while rapidly expanding military capabilities, reinterpreting Article 9, and deepening the US-Japan-South Korea alliance is a clear contradiction.
The “peace pledge” rings hollow here.
