5 women that won't let me rest. 1. My Mum's Nurse 2. My Mentor's Daughter 3. My Rich Neighbor who's Husband is abraod 4. My Ex ( Okafor's Law) 5. My Client's Fronk Officer
We were supposed to spend two hours together before church. Yet neither of us wanted the day to end. It was my first proper date in a while. We had a church program GOW 2016 and on Sunday we planned to meet by 3:00 p.m. so we could head to church together by 5:00 p.m. We met at a Chinese restaurant inside the estate. She wore a white gown with black petals. It was my first real sight of her in months. She wasn't wearing makeup. I remember because I couldn't stop staring at her V-shaped lips every time she smiled. She was soft, caramel, and petite. 😊 We ordered ice cream 🍨 and talked, giggled, and laughed the entire time. That's the thing about that afternoon... We never bothered who was watching. We didn't care. Our little world was enough. Time flew. Before we knew it, it was already 5:00 p.m. Her: "I'm not ministering today, so I can be late." Me: "Whenever you're ready, sweetheart." Truth be told... I had no intention of leaving. And frankly, neither did she. By 6:00 p.m... She stretched a little and said, Her: "I'm tired. I don't want stress like this." 😩 She looked completely blissful while saying it. I smiled. Me: "Let's gossip then." That was the moment we clicked. We started making up stories about everyone who walked into the restaurant. A couple would walk in... We'd decide they had just survived a terrible first date and were pretending everything was fine. Someone else would enter... We'd invent an entirely different story for them. With every new person, we'd edit the story as we went along until we couldn't stop laughing. By the time we looked at the clock... It was already 8:00 p.m. Her: "Take me home. I'd like to rest now... it's been a wonderful day." Me: "As you wish, Te Amo." We left the restaurant and boarded a keke to her house. When we got there, she turned, smiled, and said, Her: "You're a sweet young guy." Then she kissed me on the cheek... Her lips were so soft that I froze for a second. I stood there smiling long after she had gone inside. It was unforgettable because, for five hours, the rest of the world disappeared. That was my first date with her.
