This is great because it shows commitment to the long run and removes a significant amount of tokens from circulation.
Parfin, the core developer of Rayls, has committed to extending the lock-up of its entire $RLS allocation by an additional year.
Representing approximately 11% of the total $RLS supply, this commitment reflects @parfin_io's long-term conviction in the network and its continued focus on building institutional blockchain infrastructure on Rayls.
As part of this commitment, the allocation will also be migrated from Ethereum to the Rayls blockchain and secured in an onchain smart contract lock.
The migration and deployment of the lock are expected to be completed next week.
The lock will remain in place until December 2027, with vesting scheduled to begin thereafter.
