There are basically two kinds of companies now. The ones built before coding agents showed up, scrambling to retrofit. And the ones founded after.
The second type is different from day one:
- Teams under ten people because they actually don't need more
- Work organized by projects, not departments
- Each person closes their own loop
- Almost no internal meetings
