AI psychosis: cycling between two mental states every single day ↑ after using coding agents: holy shit I'm omnipotent. I can build anything. I've never felt this powerful in my life. ↓ after scrolling twitter: holy shit I'm completely behind. everyone's ahead. the wave is moving and I'm going to get left.

holy shit lmao @Gavriel_Cohen he's seriously using this thing for conducting the foreign policy/parliamentary affairs of singapore - and sharing his stack on how he is hacking around WhatsApp and doing graph memory on SQLite wtf is this vibecoded country man

I will be co-hosting an event in SF next Sat (5/23)! I've been thinking a lot about how to manage & curate CONTEXT for agents. I'm inviting everyone who's thought a lot about this to demo your real workflows & show what's actually working. Format: A series of rapid-fire 5-minute demos, followed by Q&A. Screen shares of real workflows only; no slides. Not demoing? Come hang out as a participant. Either way, expect an afternoon of practical workflows, fresh ideas, and new friends. RSVP here: Cohosted w @NotionHQ & @radicalvcfund (@juleszqiu)

Calling for ugly PPTs I'm making a skill that turns any ugly PPT into a beautiful HTML deck with just one shot But first I need some samples of ugly PPTs to test it out If you have some ugly PPTs at hand that you'd like to beautify, pls send them to me at thatzara@gmail.com. The uglier the better, thanks!!

I get a lot of DMs about new AI product launches, and by now their positioning and messaging all blur into each other. None of them inspire curiosity or interest. Most of them leave me feeling "I may as well just use Claude". How are you gonna win people's attention with such undifferentiated, unimaginative positioning? Here's a sample: - the everything agent that works everywhere - an open-source AI agent with a 10M token context window and real persistent memory - run a fully managed, always-on AI agent without the usual setup complexity - a personal AI agent that connects all your apps (without API needed) and has persistent memory - a new, opinionated AI-native engineering system that runs across CLI, VS Code, desktop, and remote agents - a desktop application that turns each workspace into a long-running AI agent environment

These are the most entertaining demos I've seen Highly recommend watching all the videos
Today we're sharing our work on interaction models. A new class of model trained from scratch to handle real-time interaction natively, instead of gluing it onto a turn-based one.

4 small but extremely useful things coding agents can do for you that many people don't know: 1. Copy things to your clipboard. If it generated something that needs to be copied & pasted somewhere, you can ask it to put it in your clipboard directly 2. Open HTML files in your browser, or open folders/files directly (e.g. play a video). No need to find it and manually open 3. Take screenshots. And make videos. For example, this video was entirely done by Claude Code. I just asked it to take screenshots of the HTML slide templates, and compile the images into a video using FFmpeg, showing them at 1 second interval 4. Manipulate files on your computer (e.g. organizing them into folders, renaming them, etc)

HTML is important because humans are visual animals As the founder of Duolingo once said, one of his biggest lessons after spending years building consumer products is: "People don't read" In the past, we optimized our output format for human manipulation (eg. pushing pixels in powerpoint) When AI will handle the manipulation, the output format should be optimized for human CONSUMPTION instead Turns out humans like to consume beautiful, interactive artifacts

Built a "YouTube realtime copilot" browser extension using OpenAI's realtime 2 API: The agent watches the video alongside you, and can answer any question you have about what was just said via realtime voice chat. The crazy part to me is: It can differentiate the YouTube's audio stream and your voice, so it doesn't confuse the video as commands, and stays silent unless you ask something!

All 32 Beautiful HTML Slide Templates are now available on AnyGen, it's plug-and-play even for those without a coding agent Use them now:

Can confirm GPT realtime 2 feels like black magic; unlocks so many new applications!! Building with it now
Introducing GPT-Realtime-2 in the API: our most intelligent voice model yet, bringing GPT-5-class reasoning to voice agents. Voice agents are now real-time collaborators that can listen, reason, and solve complex problems as conversations unfold. Now available in the API alongside streaming models GPT-Realtime-Translate and GPT-Realtime-Whisper — a new set of audio capabilities for the next generation of voice interfaces.

Yes HTML is eating everything A great way to get started with AI coding: try replacing all word, excel, ppt, pdf, dashboards, prototypes with HTML
I get so many messages about new AI apps but their all messaging all blur into each other
Starting to REALLY see how reaching potential customers is becoming a massive pain point for software startups - esp w AI! I get so much more messages about software that founders built rapidly that they think will solve some important problem (usually eg AI+context/trust/security). But how will anyone know about it? It was fast to build, but getting the world to know about it / care about it is increasingly hard/expensive/time-consuming. And the irony is: the "easier" it is to build, the more the only differentiation is marketing/advertising! (Because the easier it is to build, the more teams build something similar in parallel, and racing to win the market becomes key!)

Most memorable parts of this interview with @bcherny : - Boris casually mention that he has "thousands" of agents running during the night... - Boris saying he almost exclusively uses Claude Code on the phone now - Coding will become the new literacy, just like reading and writing

Lots of developer tools are having a missed opportunity Their product is now essentially useful to anyone who has access to an agent, not just professional developers. But their messaging & marketing is still speaking to developers and is intimidating & unintelligible to normal people

PSA: You can vibe code your own "New tab" page in Chrome. I have turned mine into the ultimate solution to the "too many tabs" problem - See all your tabs with clear titles, grouped by domain - Closing any tab gives you "swoosh" sound and confetti effect 🎊 - "Easy wins" grouped together: homepages, localhost tabs... batch-close them with one click - Duplicate tabs detected; close duplicates with one click - For tabs you're not done with, save it for later in a checklist This is the Marie Kondo method for browser tabs Open-sourced the code below
