美国宣布成立主权财富基金，这是新政府干的一票大事，具体价值参考90年代初成立的挪威主权基金，为平均每位公民积累了30多万美元的资产。
这件事需要多花一些时间了解，新闻稿所说的“将美国资产负债表货币化”，大致意思似乎是通过将政府名下资产(如矿产资源)打包上市，产生现金流，开辟新的收入来源。这表明主权基金可能会比挪威更偏激进、偏积极管理。
另外一直在拟议中的比特币战略储备，可能也会由这个主体来管理。
去年10月，Pomp对川普团队重要人物、未来的商务部长霍华德-卢特尼克有一个深入访谈，卢特尼克大约描绘了这个主权基金的一些思路，我打算拿出来再听一下。
