丑话先说在前面,Bybit 那个 23 岁 Head of Marketing 我并不太了解,对她的仅有印象只有她入圈时候发过一个很不 native 的小红书风格文章,什么北大学姐之类的,当时觉得她画风和 vibe 很异类,所以不太喜欢 这类型的小作文风格不讨喜的原因是她们这种小红书 vibe 打法太不接地气了,和另维之前发装修房子的文章差不多,包括她之前入职 Bybit 那篇文章看出来也还是同类型小作文风格 虽然我不喜欢,但是从她的认知来说她也做得可能是不错了,这类内容肯定也是有受众的,只是受众不是我们推特草根推友 但是我并不了解这几年她到底干了什么,也没跟她接触过,所以我不评价,因为我不配评价一个陌生人到底配不配 😂 23 岁、美女、保研北大(不管本科是不是北大),如果一个人只是看到了这些标签就去骂他,那他的判断和认知能力一定是需要进一步提升的,因为不经过亲身调查就没有发言权。揭露此事的推主也只是陈述了一些客观事实,没有带任何风向,但是有不少人以吃瓜名义去攻击她,这就说明这些人太闲了 我们炒币的应该多关注自身、多关注市场上在发生什么,今天那么多金狗还在忙着吃瓜的话,有必要补习下 @pasternak@theunipcs 是谁了。如果你关注我很久,会发现我对所有瓜的评价结尾都是这个结论,因为关注自身才是硬道理

美国✈️新加坡深夜码字中 这两天不少人 cue 到我关于 Marketing Agency 的话题。确实,我在这个领域里有涉及,但我经营的实际不是mkt Agency。本人主要精力在投资,也深深清楚一个提供深度的市场公司不可能同时服务好多个项目。所以,满打满算顶多是一个小而美的 Marketing Studio吧,服务的也都是我个人比较Buy in的团队或项目。目前,Marketing Studio没有商业PPT,没有BD,只是需要通过市场来benefit我心中的好项目。(如果你认为你市场一把好手,欢迎你私信我加入我们团队) 我对KOL定义和市场上大多数人可能不太一样。流量高,粉丝多 ≠ KOL,抓人眼球的内容在我看来做起来并不难,无法触达精准流量账号价值大打折扣。Crypto的特殊造就了价值判断唯一标准就是:粉丝看完你的tweet是否能帮助他们赚钱!无论是你二级炒币分析精准,或信息抓的快,又或者你有强大的一级投研能力,或特殊消息渠道等。 以上纯主观个人判断,如果你认为说的不对,那就以你观点为准。 ————🌺-----💗--------🌺———-------------------- ✅ 我欣赏的或者合作KOL 的标准。如果你想通过做KOL进行变现,也希望对于你有所启发。 1.具备独立的观点输出能力,特别是垂直赛道抗打。无论你深耕一级市场或二级,无论你是极客投资逻辑还是MEME大神,只要能产出市场情绪、交易相关数据、项目逻辑、政策趋势的独立观点,这类KOL明显生命周期更长,粉丝价值更高。如果你对于你的账号没有非常清晰的定位,那么建议你先找到你个人认可相对蓝海的赛道去输出 Key Opinion ,Web3是一个广赛道,你可以先专攻细分领域比如RWA、AI等等。很简单一个逻辑,如果当大家一提到web3的AI,首先想到的就是AAA,那么AAA就是所有AI项目的首选KOL,同时你也一定会通过你们AI赛道的影响力从AI赛道的项目中获得丰厚的收益。 2.不恰烂饭,只宣传自己Buy in的项目方。当然,挑选项目的能力建立在第一点投研能力的基础之上而我一直认为为自己的认知买单没有什么丢人的。目前行业对KOL的投资合作Term远远大大优于投资基金,所以只要你有能力筛选项目的基本面保障投资质量,那么这块收益绝对丰厚。而且,你越与优秀项目长期陪跑,你的收益越会带来惊喜。相反,很多KOL之前参加了各种项目KOL round,只要有投资机会就参加的,实际综合下来不赔钱就已经很不错了。记住,永远不往指望从一个垃圾的项目身上赚钱!今天你虽然获得了一点点的宣传经费,但是项目方一定要从你粉丝和你账号口碑上透支回来,甚至,你的本金也许就是他们惦记的对象! 说到这里,一想到了投资基金的term不禁留下眼泪。本轮一级投资基金(特别是不带二级的),简直就是地狱难度。😢 3.有利他心和正向的行业影响力。你的粉丝为什么关注你?大家来赚钱的。你的粉丝或者你为什么加入web3?因为你们都是在赚钱的。非常简单的一个逻辑, 如果你天天唱衰你所在的行业,为什么项目方要找一个看衰行业的人宣传合作?如果你不能有带着你粉丝赚钱,那么你粉丝也终将离开你。 —----------🥱–------------✈️-----------🥱—--------- 总结来看,让自己KOL的商业闭环越来越正向就是两点:1.能提供独立观点的能力 2.流量有正向影响力 在加密行业,这个逻辑甚至更加简单,当你的能力1(专业认知)越强,能力2(流量和影响力)也随之更强。许多高水平的 KOL 并不依赖推广费用变现,而是凭借自身的信息优势,精准捕捉 Alpha 机会,早就实现远超广告收入的盈利能力。 ———————— 😯下一个tweet我将分享项目方应该如何选择适合你的KOL或mkt agency。
