渐进式阻抗训练 (progressive resistance training,就是不断加量的重量训练) 是抗衰老的最关键的神器。肌肉收缩时会分泌所谓肌因子 (myokines) 到大脑和全身各个器官,协调身体的网络保持一个健康兴旺的状态。渐进式意味着不断加量,所以光靠自重的训练,比如俯卧撑,引体向上等还远远不够。还是需要经常到器材丰富的体育馆里面运动,最好有教练指导。重训可以增加骨密度,对大脑的有些区域的刺激效果是简单的跑步,游泳等其它运动无法企及的。但因为大众把重训本能的和兴奋剂泛滥的健美行业挂钩,完全没有意识到渐进式重训对很多慢性病有立竿见影的预防效果。老年人尤其需要渐进式重训来保持灵活的行动能力。光吃药和补品,散散步,跑跑步,就想抗衰老,那就是连错都谈不上。
