Tried some short sprints today, but shut it down because my hip flexors didn’t feel quite right. I think it’s because I ran hard on Saturday and need an extra day before sprinting again. Lesson learned. Jumps felt fine Heavy-ish TBDL x 3 up to 380lb https://t.co/Wz5hUE9ouS
