Scheduling a habit by the clock fails long term:
Being exact about when you'll do a habit works in the short term. It stops working after that.
Your nervous system generates behaviors based on state, not time: your level of activation, how much focus you have, how fatigued or energized you are.
Schedules still matter. Anchor the habit to the state your brain and body are in, not the hour.
