Ken & Megan(@Kenmegan44):$SOFI I am very happy that SOFI has an extremely positive company culture. I believe joy brings out the best in people. I do have one exception. I hope whoever is in charge of sales for the tech platform and stablecoin business has an extremely stressful job with mandatory sales goals that absolutely cannot be missed, with the trade off of being extremely well compensated for performance. You either get fired or become a multi millionaire very quickly.
