𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀: 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Edit short-form Reels and Shorts, lead flagship films, campaign anchors, DG/leadership communication and documentaries — with bilingual captions, advanced motion graphics, colour grading, and disciplined version control. 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Design bilingual social posts, national campaign identity systems, template kits and complex infographics — with clean Devanagari and Latin typography, and built-in accessibility standards. 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Serve as the single creative lead — setting quality standards, stewarding brand identity across all outputs, and delivering under crisis-communication pressure. 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Manage concurrent exam-cycle production pipelines with dependable turnaround and translate briefs into compelling visual narratives. 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Guide junior contributors and manage external vendors when engaged. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿: 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Degree or diploma in film, media, design, or communication — or an equivalent body of work. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 3 years of combined video editing and graphic design experience, backed by a strong portfolio or showreel. 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), DaVinci Resolve/Lumetri, Figma/Canva, and supporting motion-graphics and sound tools. 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲: Cinematography or direction experience, data-visualisation ability, AI-assisted design tools, public-sector or news-media background, working proficiency in Hindi.
