Four AIs, dropped into a randomly generated world, given exactly one goal: defeat the Ender Dragon. No assigned roles, no pre-written game logic, no human guidance along the way.
🎮 First came the long grind: gathering resources in the Overworld, mining materials in the Nether, and hunting down a stronghold. Four Gemini 4 Argon agents coordinated purely through in-game chat and shared memory, and without anyone assigning roles, they naturally split into gathering food, mining diamonds, crafting tools and navigating, and prepping for the final fight.
⚔️ They died 605 times, wrote 2,783 programs, triangulated the stronghold's location to within 43 meters of its true position, and figured out on their own that destroying the healing crystals was the key to beating the dragon. Along the way they built up reusable helper functions and corrected their own mistakes as they went.
🏆 27 hours and 14 minutes later, the Ender Dragon fell. True to its title, "A team of Gemini 4 Argon agents beats Minecraft" reports the first fully autonomous end-to-end completion of Minecraft by AI agents.

Sustained planning over that many steps, plus teamwork that emerges without being told to, feels directly relevant to real-world software engineering.
