President Xi Jinping met with Russian President Vladimir Putin. President Xi recalled President Vladimir Putin’s successful state visit to China in May this year. He noted that during the visit, the two of them mapped out plans from a strategic height and with a long-term perspective to steer bilateral relations toward higher quality and higher levels.
