#WATCH# | Panchkula, Haryana | Rajasthan Congress leaders stage a protest alleging detention of 18 Rajasthan Councillors ahead of the Tijara Chairman election. Panchkula ACP Ramkumar says, "There is no truth to this allegation. Some of their councillors did leave Shimla yesterday. Apparently, there was an election. They went missing somewhere along the way. We will trace their mobile numbers and locations... But the police had no role in this matter." Congress leader Pradeep Choudhary says, "Local body elections are underway in Rajasthan. A 24-year-old woman became stranded near the river’s flow area along the Neelkanth Road in Rishikesh on Saturday.
