Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at a Rosh Hashanah Toast during the Government Meeting: "We are on the threshold of Rosh Hashanah, and more than ever, the State of Israel comes first. Thanks to the wise and courageous decisions we made together around this table, thanks to the heroism of our fighters, thanks to the resilience of our people — we have achieved tremendous accomplishments. Israel is stronger than ever; our enemies are weaker than ever. Together with the United States, we have achieved tremendous successes in removing an existential threat hanging over our heads. We have pushed away atomic bombs and ballistic missiles, and we have struck the Iranian axis with immense power. We are determined to defend ourselves, we are determined to strike our enemies. They are not attacking us. Iran is refraining from doing so, and it knows why. Of course, it could err and make the mistake of attacking us anyway. It will suffer a blow it cannot even imagine. I say to our enemies: Do not try us. This people knows how to unite in moments of testing, and right now it is the strongest superpower in the Middle East, and some say even beyond. From here, I want to bless the heroic soldiers of the IDF and the security branches who labor constantly. We are eliminating terrorists around the clock – in Lebanon, in Gaza, and in Judea and Samaria. The achievements are immense, but there is still more to complete. I mean, first and foremost, the toppling of the regime. This regime in Iran — its end is near. It is weak, it is fighting for its life, it is faltering. And there is another mission to complete, which we are determined to bring about. This will permanently change the face of the Middle East and the history of our people. We know that we are determined to do this, and we are determined and know that we are capable of doing this. Therefore, I say: May the year and its curses end, and may a year with its blessings begin – blessings greater than we have ever had. A happy New Year to the people of Israel."

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held today a Rosh Hashanah toast together with Defense Minister Israel Katz, IDF Chief of the General Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir, and members of the IDF General Staff Forum at the Kirya in Tel Aviv. Prime Minister Netanyahu: "What has been achieved over the three years of the War of Redemption, in the time that has passed since Operation Roaring Lion, and even earlier during Operation Rising Lion, these are historic achievements that ensure our continued existence. We faced the threat of annihilation by a regime that aspires to eradicate us and wants to arm itself with nuclear bombs to destroy us. We have pushed back this threat and other threats as well. This regime is currently faltering. It is weaker than ever before. It is fighting for its life, and I am convinced regarding the primary mission before us, in our capability, in the capability of our heroic soldiers, our heroic pilots and female pilots and navigators and all the rest of our array, in the home front array and of our strong nation. I am convinced of our ability to remove this threat once and for all; meaning, to topple this regime. This is the central mission still before us, but it is close. It is not impossible. It is within reach. They are not just failing to attack us. They attack everyone, except us. They know our power, the force of our arm, and our determination. I say to our enemies, do not mess with us. If you have learned anything, do not mess with us. We have the power, the determination, and the internal unity to overcome you, and that is what I wish for the people of Israel in the coming year, in the coming year. Happy New Year to you."
