Thank you to our international wildfire partners for standing with us during another challenging fire season. Fighting catastrophic wildfires takes teamwork. Through longstanding partnerships with Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, and Portugal, the United States can call on trusted allies when additional firefighting capacity is needed. Since the end of July, a 15-member Incident Management Team and 59 fire management personnel from Australia and New Zealand are on the ground supporting large fires across the Northwest.
