I talk with 10+ businesses a week. They all want to know: how to get ready for agents? Yes... you can (or should) build an MCP etc, but an important and easy thing is simply to use @stripe Checkout or Elementn s, with @link on. We're optimizing our UIs to be agent-friendly. 🛒🤖

Had a talk with some OpenAI engineers after hot chips. Can’t say too much… But it seems like a really big open source release is coming soon that should make the lives of every chip designer easier. Very optimistic, this could increase productivity by roughly 1,000 fold.

When I talk with a "Shaper" like Elon Musk, what stands out is the ability to operate at both the big-picture level and the granular detail. I remember him walking me through the details of his car—from the screen to the button—and in the same breath talking about putting a watering can with a plant on a rocket to send to Mars just to establish "first life on Mars" and inspire people. True shapers naturally bridge the gap between grand vision and high-level execution. Credit: Sam Parr, Shaan Puri, and @myfirstmilpod #RayDalio# #ElonMusk# #Vision# #Leadership#
