Unitree Robotics has priced its Shanghai STAR Market IPO at RMB 150.80 per share, implying an initial market cap of nearly RMB 61 billion ($8.5B). Founder Wang Xingxing will retain a 33.36% direct and indirect stake, valuing his holdings at roughly RMB 20.35 billion ($2.8B). Separately, DeepSeek is rumored to have joined the IPO as a strategic investor, subscribing for around 933,400 shares worth RMB 141 million.
