Ford $F CEO Jim Farley is targeting 5 million annual vehicle sales by 2032, roughly 20% above current levels. Ford hasn't reached that volume since 2019, and its global vehicle deliveries are down 9% so far this year. The company plans to introduce five new models priced below $40,000 by the end of the decade, including its $30,000 Fathom electric pickup, which is expected to begin production in Q4 2027. Ford's upcoming Fathom electric truck can power a home without a separate wall-mounted inverter — and it starts below $30,000. The truck is expected to launch in 2027 and will be the first vehicle built on Ford's new Universal EV Platform.
