站在品牌方的角度,客观看待与KOC的合作模式: 1/ 一定是要先做品牌,奠定下品牌基调再来拓展到KOC合作,不然一是可能会影响后续品牌调性,二是没有品牌做基础,即便有了流量,转化也不一定好 2/ 合适的KOC确实是能够跟品牌合作比较紧密,且带来转化的,但是过于大规模的铺量有时候反而适得其反,相比之下通过“大使计划”等形式,更加精细化的运营和管理,才真正有效果和转化 如果有其他更好的KOC运营增长模式,也欢迎补充讨论!
