Happy to share that I officially signed with the best crypto game: @playcambria. Moving forward, expect me to talk a lot more about growth and distribution. August is going to be yugee.

If I could long Memento, I'd full port One of the most underrated crypto marketers who actually overshares his sauce Take a look at this unless you hate fresh marketing insights
You rarely see talent like Raiden on the market: truly understands the ins and outs of creator mgmt, knows which creators move the needle, and has the campaign results to back it all up. Big vouch for my baguette.

life update: my role at YGG was impacted by the sunset of YGG Play over the past year I: • Built and ran a creator program of 300+ creators from scratch • Scouted and onboarded talent across different regions (and timezones) • Managed relationships, campaigns, and reporting end to end what I'm best at: finding creators before anyone else does, keeping them happy, and turning that into measurable results i'm now looking for my next adventure if you're building in crypto, gaming or AI and need someone who can own creator/community growth, my DMs are open

How Cambria Dungeons is a content multiplier:
What used to "work" for Ponzis is changing. My new rule of thumb is to avoid any where the utility token equals the reward token (like UN3D). Or, if you get in early (roughly sub-$1M), you buy the token and dip early, but you don't buy a setup.

F*ck bro... The emissions weren't high enough for momentum to kick in. Going to delete my old posts because this happened. Didn't sell a cent until the very end, only made $700. I sent 10% to a friend (bought for him) and sent 1% to myself to buy packs. Was too bullish on this and regret shilling it the way I did. This project had so much potential...

Why making your holders rich is the best marketing:
I’m going to build in public for @clashofperps across all social platforms starting this week. A presence beyond CT is quintessential to actual growth.
Why creating a presence beyond CT is so important:
Despite most projects on this list being dead, Wolf Game is still working on gamified cross-token distribution. I think it’s still a valuable way for brands/projects to tap into a project’s audience. Lots of potential from a brand awareness perspective.

Seeing more teams experiment with gamified cross-token distribution: • Wolf Game x Playpad • Bigcoin x Minepad • Gacha x memes • Franky GO! x memes • Pirate Nation x memes The ROI for partner tokens largely depends on the value (depth and reach) of the network.

The difference between the gaming token audience and the Pump Fun audience:
Gitbooks (or litepapers) are still surprisingly popular for this reason. If the incentive is big enough (i.e., there’s alpha in deeply understanding the mechanics), people will read.
Most "crypto gamers" want simple games, but depth to decision-making that influences the outcomes (often earnings):
Some interesting stats from Cambria Dungeons (dashboard @petertherock): • Top 25 players spent ~$746K • Top 50 players spent ~$1.053M That’s 40% (top 25) and 56% (top 50) of the total spend ($1.86M). Do note that effectively 92 - 95% of the spend is recycled into rewards.

Heisted uses a very simple, 2021 NFT-style marketing playbook. Super effective for "impression maxxing", but on the other hand, it dilutes the brand. Broke down some of the social triggers below:

Is Pump Fun a better launch model for gaming tokens than a CEX?
I finally sold my FDF squad. Some thoughts: 1. Marketing is (too) focused on F2P. These efforts don't return value to the Pro version: player shares + FUN token 2. Prediction markets stole the spotlight: faster reward loop, easier to understand, and much more marketable Still like the team and the product, and hope it can be a success. But in my eyes, they failed to own the World Cup narrative, the biggest football event in the world. Hard pill to swallow, but sometimes you have to move on.

How Azflin plans to reach Web2 users with Defense of the Agents: "My first approach would be to get in the popular web game aggregators such as Poke and Crazy Games" "A lot of people really don't know this, but there's a fairly strong and vibrant web browser game community"

GM! @clashofperps is not a simple game, our core feature and revenue stream is perp trading. Games are fun but perp trading has actual PMF in crypto. Aligning with perp traders, making it advantageous for them to trade on us is what helps us win. We also provide additional points and prize rewards for perp traders who trade on Clash of Perps.
