I’ve been in this industry long enough to remember when regulatory uncertainty was one of the biggest constraints on crypto. Institutions hesitated while builders moved jurisdictions. And teams had to spend too much time trying to understand what they could build instead of focusing on what they should build. So seeing the industry at the White House with a clear push for market structure legislation feels very different. CLARITY could give institutions a framework they can actually plan around and give builders room to focus on building instead of interpreting regulatory risk. If the U.S. gets the framework right, other markets will have a reference point to build from instead of starting from scratch. That could give stablecoins the regulatory foundation they need to move from early adoption into a much larger phase of global growth.

We’re seeing stablecoin supply expand across virtually every major chain, and @Solana is no exception. Its supply grew 11x vs. roughly 2.5x for the broader market. It’s now one of the largest stablecoin ecosystems, with over $500B in gross transfer volume in July (source: @artemis). This reinforces our view that stablecoins are becoming the payment rails of the internet. As liquidity grows, demand for efficient swap and yield infrastructure will grow with it. We’re seeing that firsthand at @LucidLabsFi too, with stablecoin transaction volume continuing to increase. That’s exactly where we want to be positioned.
