Can robots enhance learning for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)? Humanoid robots imitate human behaviours, offering a controlled environment for children with autism to address challenges in communication, social interaction and emotional understanding.
Although nothing can replace the human-led therapy in a child's life, research shows children with autism prefer interacting with robots over human clinicians.
