TL;DR:
MIPS is going away ... to be replaced with MIPS Plus.
"Beginning with the 2029 performance period, traditional MIPS would sunset.... MIPS eligible clinicians would have until the end of 2028 to transition to MIPS Value Pathways (MVPs)."
