Fired for having the "wrong" beliefs. An Oregon social worker lost his job for simply displaying books in his office that uphold the truth about gender, written by @ryanbomberger and @MattWalshBlog. ADF's @LanghoferTyson and client Rod Theis joined Fox News to discuss.

WATCH: "In a context like Title IX and sports, where the differences [between sexes] do matter, the court says states absolutely can take account of those differences." Protecting women's sports isn't discrimination. It is simply acknowledging biological reality.

So inspired by the courage of Adeleia, who stood against the power of the woke system. The US Supreme Court legalized biology. It’s time for school districts to get over their ideology and follow the law.

WATCH: "The reason that we have a designated female category in the first place is because we know, from science and from common sense, that men are on average stronger, faster, and often taller than women." Men and women are beautifully and inherently different. It is vital to recognize these differences when they matter, like in sports.

WATCH: "This is not what they were dreaming of when they graduated. They just wanted to compete and have a fair and safe playing field, but they knew they had to do this for the girls who would come after them." Our clients, Madi and MK, were forced to run against a man at Idaho State University. Women's sports are for girls, not confused men.

WATCH: "I definitely have a sense of peace about all of it. Although I had to go through all of that, and it doesn’t make up for what I had to go through, I know that other girls can be protected, like my sister and my friends who are still on the team." Our client, Adeleia, spoke with Fox News Digital about how standing up for women's sports in West Virginia has impacted her and how she feels after the recent Supreme Court decision.

A Missouri ordinance requires counselors to "transition" gender-confused children — even if the child doesn't want to. @ADFLegal's Suzanne Beecher explains. "The counselor [can't] help them retain comfort with their sex... even if that's what is consistent with the client's religious beliefs."

READ: "[BPJ] took wins from more than 470 girls over 1,400 competitions. He stole two regional and one state championship from deserving female athletes. In addition to beating girls in sports, [he] also threatened them with sexual assault in the locker room."

"Freedom must be taught, defended, and courageously lived so future generations inherit a nation worthy of its founding promise." Happy 250th Birthday, America!
The Chiles v. Salazar ripple effect continues! Today the 8th Circuit reversed a lower court’s ruling against two counselors from Kansas City, MO. Wyatt Bury and Pamela Eisenrich challenged two local ordinances that allowed counselors to encourage kids toward “gender transition,” while banning voluntary conversations meant to help kids accept their bodies. This is precisely the kind of viewpoint discrimination the Supreme Court found to be unconstitutional in Chiles. The lower court will now reexamine the case in light of that Chiles ruling. The era when struggling kids and families were barred from commonsense counseling is—we pray—coming to an end.
