IMO this is entirely correct. Small LS HFs are already in trouble, and it's just going to get worse.
I also think the large multimanagers aren't immune either. The pod structure induces incentives against tight collaboration that puts them at a disadvantage vs prop firms.

I read @slatestarcodex 's latest on Plan A. Originally I wasn't going to write a response because I have a hard time picturing someone at the margin that would be swayed by my arguments.
