I will rate @davido’s #Oriadé# Album 6/10. I am rating this album without sentiment and from my own perspective, and I believe about 5 out of the 13 tracks stood out and will likely push the album up to its desired height on the charts. To be honest, @davido, please do more reviews of your tracks before putting them out, and also be open to exploring more or different producers and perhaps, writers. These are my favorites: 1. I Know Who I Be — (Which I believe is being heavily promoted; it is definitely a good pick). 2. Guide — You did so good on this track, and you should promote it as well. 3. My Light (with Llona) — @davido, you entered a different realm and delivered like mad. 4. Amazing Grace — I am still soaking this in. 5. Julie — This very track, ehn, your rhyming and lyrics banged, and it is a very good song for lovers; you delivered in every bar. Those are my 5! ============================== B4 B4 — This track would have been my number 3 if I understood Yoruba because all three of you delivered. Gimme Dat Thing — It is giving a foreign vibe; it has its own settings. Already Falling — Hmmm, just there. I will like to hear what people think about my review.👇🏾

Happy Monday! You survived last week and that alone is a reminder that you’re stronger than you think. This week, don’t pressure yourself to have everything figured out. Just take it one day at a time, make the right moves and keep trusting the process. May this week bring you good news, unexpected opportunities, peace of mind and reasons to smile. Go and make something beautiful out of this week. We go again Good morning my fam🥰

Episode 4: Nowhere to be found I went to the police station that evening. The officer listened carefully, then asked one question. “Do you have evidence?” I didn’t. Just a frightened child. A locked room. And a neighbour’s story. He told me to come back with proof. The next morning, I returned to the shop. It was not open. I was locked with a huge padlock. I asked a nearby mechanic what happened. “They travelled.” “With the boy?” “I think so.” I was about to leave when I noticed a torn school report card lying beside the shop. I picked it up. The name on it wasn’t Chinedu. It was Emeka Nwafor. Primary 4. Excellent in Mathematics. Excellent in English. The report card was only six months old. Why would a child with those results suddenly be working full-time in a shop? I turned it over. A phone number was written on the back. I called it immediately. A woman answered. The moment I mentioned Emeka’s name, she began crying. “That’s my son.” I froze. “What do you mean?” She whispered, “My cousin’s wife took him to Enugu. She promised to train him in school.” “Who is your cousin’s wife?” She mentioned the woman who owned the shop. Then she said the sentence that changed everything. “I haven’t spoken to my son in eight months.”
