After massive backlash the DEI led investigation into the VP of Utah Republicans Rylie Barnes has been terminated. The University of Utah is dropping their investigation and walking back their actions.

I have good reason to believe that the University of Utah is skirting federal law and still using DEI practices under a different name.
Jose Diaz is a DEI administrator from their "defunct" Diversity Equity and Inclusion office who now works as the "Assistant director, Student Rights & Responsibilities" within the office of the Dean of Students.
Jose is now targeting the leaders of the Utah Republicans and threatening expulsion after they were harassed at their booth by extremists celebrating Charlie Kirk's murder. Jose is trying to intimidate conservative students into silence when they are harassed by leftists. @AAGDhillon
