TEXAS ISSUES ACTIVE WARRANT FOR JAKE LANG, ORDERS HIM HELD WITHOUT BOND An active Texas warrant has been issued for far-right agitator and pardoned January 6 rioter Jake Lang. According to the official Collin County court docket, a judge declared Lang’s previous $250,000 bond insufficient and ordered that he receive no bond until he appears before the 296th District Court. The order was entered August 24, two days after Lang was arrested in Minnesota on probable cause of riot following the chaos outside Minneapolis City Hall. Hennepin County jail records now list Lang as being held without bail on an out-of-state felony hold, apparently tied to the active Texas warrant.
