Elon says a lot here about Flight 15, but what I'm really hearing between the lines is double catch. You can't "refly" the ship AND booster for Flight 16... unless you catch both of them for flight 15, (or reuse the booster caught from Flight 14). That being said, this may be the last ever expendable test flight of Starship outside of an anomaly, or specifically designed heavy payload ship destined to be expendable (which we may never see) This is effectively Falcon 9 Flight 18. One way or another, Flight 14 will mark the end of an era. We hope to see you here for it!
