3️⃣ THE CAMERA HE NEVER SAW — Juan Montero (57), wanted in Alabama
CCSO got a BOLO at 7:33 PM for an armed, dangerous burglary suspect in a white Toyota Highlander with an Alabama tag. One hour and nineteen minutes later, a Flock license-plate camera pinged him near the I-75/I-10 interchange.
Deputies moved into position and pulled a high-risk stop on I-75 at 9:03 PM. Inside the center console: a loaded 9mm — round already in the chamber.
His two kids were in the back seat. Both unharmed.
