Some traders are pushing YES and claiming that the airports were closed but they’re missing one crucial part of the rules: ALL THREE Moscow airports - Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo and Domodedovo must be fully closed AT THE SAME TIME. I went through all the Rosaviatsia press-service updates from this month and couldn’t find a single moment when all three airports were simultaneously under full restrictions. There was a period when Sheremetyevo was fully restricted, but Vnukovo and Domodedovo were still operating. Earlier, when Vnukovo and Domodedovo were restricted, Sheremetyevo was still operating. The closures happened at different times not all three simultaneously. This looks like NO and lets me make money just because I know how to read
