The report counted 281 authorized firms out of 1,343 organizations that applied. Poland saw no authorizations among more than 1,800 previously registered crypto organizations. Lithuania authorized only eight firms from a pool exceeding 400. Germany, France and the Netherlands retained a much larger share of licensed providers. The remaining unauthorized firms also showed higher exposure to illicit and sanctioned activity. TRM Labs said MiCA has concentrated Europe’s crypto market among more regulated providers.
