Ben(@BenX_HQ):Brazil's central bank will require exchanges to report self custody transfers of $10,000 or more to Coaf. That is the part I'd watch, since once a wallet you hold yourself sits inside the reporting perimeter other regulators tend to copy the wording rather than argue with it.
