🚩 RED FLAG WARNING 🚩
A Red Flag Warning is in effect today from 2PM – 9PM for portions of Siskiyou County, due to strong, gusty winds and low humidity.
The warning will also be in effect Friday, August 21, from 2PM – 9PM for portions of Siskiyou County, with a Fire Weather Watch in effect Saturday afternoon through the evening for portions of the area.
Gusty winds with speeds up to 30 mph and low humidity levels can contribute to rapid fire spread. Follow local fire restrictions and avoid ALL activities that could spark a wildfire.
