win 处理 PCI 的时候如果以前用过的 PCI Slot 插入了一个同类型新设备，比如网卡，win 会使用老网卡的配置去驱动新网卡，然后就完犊子了……这就是 2 代 clone 后的 win 网络 stuck 的核心原因…真是操蛋…linux 的 udev 明显就聪明些…
