$SNBR sale price was raised from $415M to $701M and will close at the end of the month. TTM Revs were $1.34B so just over 0.5x Revs. Now use 0.5-0.6X Revs on $PRPL's $465-485M guide with $95M in net debt and 4.35m shares o/s post reverse split. MUCH higher than $6.24!
