China worked with all parties at the 5C resumed session to improve the UN credit-return mechanism, helping address the Secretariat's liquidity crisis. The root cause remains the largest contributor's longstanding arrears. We urge it to pay its assessed contributions in full and without conditions. @UN @antonioguterres
