A LOT HAPPENED ON GROKBOT TODAY! 1. I created a virtual employee (AI agent) to work on YouTube brand deals. It reads brand offers we have in our inbox, keeps a live book of open offers and who needs a reply, and drafts outreach in my voice. The goal is to then have it search the internet for potential deals. Currently it requires my checks for my approval, I will soon remove that. It will autonomously find, pitch and agree brand deals. 2. There is now a new AI agent just for my client Farzad (I called him ‘Farzad’s Little Helper lol) a big tech YouTube channel we run as an agency. The agent watches the idea queue, the weekly videos, titles, and whether a video is actually cleared to go live. It’s studying his channel so it can become the channel manager, assist with operations, optimisation and strategy. 3 I made a security employee. He reads Slack, email, Drive, and the web. The rule is assume a bad prompt will get in, and make sure one confused agent still cannot send, pay, or leak an API key or give away sensitive information. If something looks wrong, it shouts. If everything is ok, it stays quiet. 4 We write long-form scripts. My YouTube strategy AI employee looks at the script folder every 15 minutes. When a script arrives from the writer, he checks every checkable figure with a fact-check agent. Wrong dates, quotes, and numbers get swapped. The YouTube strategy agent is also a scripts expert, and has studied our videos, so optimises the script for long form YouTube retention. 5. Making presentation slides used to be a second job after the script. That process is now the same . Once the facts are correct it builds the slides and drops them into Slack for the editors to place into the videos. 6. I asked it for Shorts. It cut three from this week's longer videos and put them on the channel. I used to do all of this myself/ with my team. I’m only like 4 days in and not even a dev 😂
