To get a high-quality video, you need to start with a high-quality image.
You might sometimes have to recreate an image fifty times to get exactly what you want. But without a good image, there is no good video.
However, if the image is of high quality, you can extract plenty of frames to create a video. This video was made from a single image.

Child mode is a setting in the Grok app that also restricts image and video generation.
When it is enabled:
Grok filters adult / NSFW content
Grok adapts the tone (simpler, more “kid-like”)
Grok limits Imagine: less violence, no nudity, no sexual acts, and no suicidal content in the most favorable tests
Grok blocks or hides Imagine’s Spicy mode (the adult mode, intentionally more explicit)
How to turn it on:
On the Grok app (iOS / Android), the usual steps are:
Open Grok
Open the menu (two lines at the top left) or avatar / settings
Kids Mode
Turn on the top switch
Turn on the second switch to lock it with a PIN (sometimes Face ID), so the child cannot turn it off on their own
