Tesla basically just added a $2,000 option for FREE.
On Oct 1st, Tesla updated the Model Y specs:
• 0-60 went from 4.6s to 4.3s
-new builds only, not a software update
-the theory is, the new model y got a new front motor
-matching other markets (~176kW vs ~142kW)
Why this is a DEAL:
the $2,000 accel boost used to get you 4.2s
now a stock model y is basically that… for free
is a Model Y Performance still worth it for $8,000 more?
