There’s a difference between patience and hesitation in trading.
Patience is waiting because your setup hasn’t arrived yet.
Hesitation is seeing your setup, having your confirmation, but being too afraid to execute.
One is discipline.
The other is emotion disguised as caution.
A mature trader learns to tell the difference.

You know the right things to do.
Wait for confirmation.
Follow your plan.
Risk only what you can afford to lose.
Close the trade when your stop loss is hit.
But you don’t do them
Instead, you take the trade you already know you shouldn’t.
You increase your lot size even though you promised you wouldn’t.
You move your stop loss because you think the market will come back.
Before you clicked the button, you already knew it was the wrong decision.
Yet somehow, you still expect a positive result.
