📌 Clarification on the 10% Burn Mechanism
We've received a lot of feedback from the community regarding the 10% burn mechanism and would like to further explain its design and long-term objectives.
First, this mechanism only applies to sell transactions on external markets. There are no fees applied to purchases.
In addition, this is not platform revenue, nor do we charge any OKB. All collected tokens are permanently sent to a burn address and removed from circulation.
The purpose of this mechanism is clear: to build a sustainable deflationary model and long-term incentive structure, allowing ecosystem value to accumulate over time rather than being consumed by short-term trading behavior.
We aim to achieve two goals:
• Continuously reduce circulating supply and support a healthier, more sustainable token economy;
• Allow long-term holders to participate in the value created by ecosystem growth, encouraging long-term holding, participation, and community building.
This is also a key part of our vision around V4 Hooks.
We believe V4 Hooks is more than a technical upgrade. It is an opportunity to redesign incentives through programmable on-chain mechanisms, aligning growth, participation, and long-term value creation.
We will continue building in this direction and keep exploring new mechanisms that strengthen the ecosystem for the long term.
