Today is another day to go in search of a job. One of the things I have got to understand is that as a new graduate, you need to work for people and learn how things work so you know the in and out of it. As a person who’s trying to venture into digital marketing, I know I need the practical experience. I don’t want to just sit down and learn everything from the internet without actually experiencing how things are done in a real working environment. I want to learn, I want to gain experience, I want to understand how businesses operate, how brands market their products, how content is created and how customers are reached online. I know I still have a lot to learn, and I am willing to start from somewhere. That is why I am out again today, searching and asking around for opportunities. I am a recent graduate who is yet to go for NYSC, and I am open to internship opportunities, entry level jobs or any place where I can learn and contribute at the same time. I studied Film and Multimedia Studies, I am a fashion designer, and I am also interested in digital marketing, content creation and social media management. I may not have all the experience yet, but I am willing to learn, put in the work and grow. Sometimes, getting the first opportunity is the hardest part, but I believe once I get that opportunity, I will make the most of it. So, today, we go again. One step at a time.
